Vi\u0161e nisu samo povremena povlastica koju dijete dobije nakon \u0161to obavi svoje zadatke, ve\u0107 su postale sastavni dio svakodnevnog \u017eivota. Postale su stalno dostupne na raznim igra\u0107im konzolama, na kompjuterima, tabletima i mobitelima. U Hrvatskoj gotovo 90 % djece igra neku vrstu video igara . U ovom radu pa\u017enja \u0107e biti usmjerena na razloge popularnosti video igara me\u0111u djecom. Prou\u010davat \u0107e se negativni utjecaji na dje\u010dje pona\u0161anje, zdravlje i psihofizi\u010dki razvoj. Tako\u0111er \u0107e se izu\u010davati i pozitivna strana video igara i kako one mogu pridonijeti razvoju dje\u010djih sposobnosti i pomo\u0107i u usvajanju brojnih znanja. Jedan je svijet odraslih, a drugi njihov svijet &#8211; svijet ma\u0161te. I dok im je prvi poprili\u010dno nejasan, \u010dudan i pomalo dosadan sa svim silnim pravilima i zabranama, u dje\u010djem svijetu sve je mogu\u0107e. Pomo\u0107u ma\u0161te se stvaraju novi svjetovi i neobi\u010dni likovi (recimo video igra Minecraft), postaje se super junacima, vrijede neka sasvim druk\u010dija pravila, djeca sama stvaraju pravila, mogu nesputano u\u010diti kroz igru i zabavu. Video igre su zapravo neka vrsta spoja tih dvaju svjetova koji zahvaljuju\u0107i tehnolo\u0161kim dostignu\u0107ima nudi o\u017eivljavanje dje\u010dje ma\u0161te i omogu\u0107uje im da aktivno sudjeluju u njemu. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 100%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/inmediasres\/images\/casopisi\/brcic_image002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><em>Minecraft &#8211; neobicni svijetovi<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Likovi s kojima se lako povezati: Oni su obi\u010dno antropomorfni s velikim o\u010dima i okruglastim licem. Zapravo imaju karakteristike lica bebe, a mi smo kao vrsta biolo\u0161ki predodre\u0111eni da sa simpatijama i rado\u0161\u0107u reagiramo na takva lica. Likovi su \u010desto i pojednostavljeni (imaju samo usta, nos i o\u010di) i s prenagla\u0161enim dijelovima tijela (velika glava, veliki nos). Zapravo podsje\u0107aju na likove koje djeca crtaju. Glavni junaci su \u010desto i \u017eivotinje, a djeca vole \u017eivotinje. Njihovo animiranje i davanje ljudskih osobina \u010dini ih jo\u0161 privla\u010dnijima i bliskijima.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Boje predstavljaju senzaciju svjetlosti, a svjetlost je energija. Energija pak mo\u017ee potaknuti, pobuditi, izazvati emocije, stvoriti osje\u0107aje topline, hladno\u0107e, udobnosti ili nelagode, a mo\u017ee utjecati i na fiziolo\u0161ka i psiholo\u0161ka pona\u0161anja poput gladi ili agresije<a name=\"_ftnref98\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn98\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>98<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Da bi bolje razumjeli utjecaj boja u video igrama, potrebno se pozabaviti psihologijom boja. Jarke boje izazivaju sna\u017enu, brzu i spontanu emotivnu reakciju, usmjeravaju pa\u017enju i prenose subliminalne poruke. U video igrama se koriste za manipulaciju pona\u0161anja i aktivaciju emocija, posebice, primarnih emocija. Zbog navedenog, kod osmi\u0161ljavanja video igara posebna pa\u017enja se pridodaje njihovom odabiru i kombinacijama. Uglavnom se koriste one koje su najzastupljenije u prirodi &#8211; crvena, \u017euta, plava, zelena, naran\u010dasta i ljubi\u010dasta, zatim one na koje najvi\u0161e reagiramo, i one koje izazivaju sli\u010dne ili iste reakcije kod ve\u0107ine ljudi u raznim kulturama &#8211; crvena, plava, \u017euta, zelena, ljubi\u010dasta, naran\u010dasta, ru\u017ei\u010dasta, siva, crna, bijela i sme\u0111a. O njima ovisi ton video igre, te kakav \u0107e u\u010dinak imati na igra\u010da. Sve to poti\u010de lu\u010denje adrenalina koji u organizmu pokre\u0107e reakcije borbe ili bijega, te aktivira amigdalu, dio limbi\u010dkog sustava, koji je zadu\u017een za prepoznavanje opasnosti i reakcije tijela. Dolazi do ubrzavanja rada srca, \u0161irenja krvnih \u017eila koje \u0161alju krv u mozak (mozgu je potrebno puno kisika i energije da napravi brze procjene situacije), su\u017eavanja krvnih \u017eila koje \u0161alju krv u mi\u0161i\u0107e i dolazi do privremenog blokiranja alfa valova koji su zadu\u017eeni za opu\u0161tanje i spavanje. Nakon \u0161to je tijelo do\u017eivjelo ugodu ili uzbu\u0111enje, aktiviraju se zrcalni neuroni koji opona\u0161aju one radnje koje \u0107e ponovo pridonijeti istom osje\u0107aju. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Primarne emocije (radost, \u017ealost, strah, ga\u0111enje, srd\u017eba, iznena\u0111enje) nastaju brzo i spontano, imaju univerzalnu facijalnu ekspresiju (otkrio Charles Darwin) i u razli\u010ditim kulturama ih uzrokuju sli\u010dni doga\u0111aji. Na njih tijelo najja\u010de reagira i njihov utjecaj se osjeti satima, danima, tjednima, pa \u010dak i godinama. To to posebno vrijedi za strah. To je ujedno i jedan od razloga za\u0161to se poti\u010de nasilje u video igrama namijenjenim djeci, iako bi utjecaj na igra\u010da trajao \u0161to du\u017ee i po zavr\u0161etku igranja. Za vrijeme igranja primarne emocije poti\u010du i lu\u010denje hormona endorfina i dopamina. Djelovanje endorfina je vrlo sli\u010dno djelovanju recimo heroina, odnosno ubla\u017eava bol i pru\u017ea osje\u0107aj ugode. On se lu\u010di u stresnim situacijama ili kada osje\u0107amo iznimnu sre\u0107u. Endorfin je klju\u010dan za pre\u017eivljavanje jer tijelu daje snagu i energiju kako bi pojedinac pre\u017eivio u opasnim situacijama. Treba naglasiti da ljudski mozak ne razlikuje stvarnu opasnost od one koja je umjetno proizvedena i reagira na potpuno isti na\u010din. Hormon dopamin pak utje\u010de na raspolo\u017eenje (pru\u017ea osje\u0107aj sre\u0107e) i pona\u0161anje. Jednom kada se po\u010dne lu\u010diti, mozgu \u0161alje signale zadovoljstva i uzbu\u0111enja. On se smatra i hormonom ljubavi jer postoji mi\u0161ljenje da zbog njega osoba postaje ovisna o onome koga voli.<a name=\"_ftnref100\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn100\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>100<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a> Upravo to su iskoristili tvorci video igara kako bi igre u\u010dinili \u0161to privla\u010dnijima. Video igre poti\u010du poja\u010dano lu\u010denje dopamina i s vremenom tijelo postaje ovisno o dobrom osje\u0107aju koje mu one donose, te ih osoba \u017eeli opet igrati kako bi osjetila ugodu koju mu pru\u017eaju. Ovo je posebno izra\u017eeno kod djece jer ona nemaju potpuno razvijen sustav samokontrole i kontrole emocija i puno te\u017ee im se oduprijeti njihovim utjecajima. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Perceptualno rje\u0161avanje problema je koncept prema kojem zadovoljstvo pru\u017ea i sam \u010din tra\u017eenja, ne samo pronalazak predmeta<a name=\"_ftnref101\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn101\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>101<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Osim toga u video igrama se koristi operantno uvjetovanje, odnosno u\u010denje na posljedicama. Psiholozi su otkrili da pojedinac nau\u010di kako reagirati na odre\u0111ene podra\u017eaje ako ga se za to nagra\u0111uje. Da bi potaknuli igra\u010de na kontinuirano igranje, u video igre se uvodi raspored nagrada koje su vrlo po\u017eeljne, te pobu\u0111uju daljnju \u017eelju za igrom<a name=\"_ftnref102\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn102\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>102<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. U video igri, kada igra\u010d ne uspije prije\u0107i nivo zbog pogre\u0161aka, ide ponovo poku\u0161avaju\u0107i ne ponoviti u\u010dinjene pogre\u0161ke. Upravo taj put i ulo\u017een trud da se do\u0111e do nagrade je ono \u0161to donosi zadovoljstvo. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">U video igrama nema kritike niti bilo kakve klasifikacije. Razlike u spolu, dobi, rasi, te vjeri nisu bitne. Jedino \u0161to je va\u017eno je koliko se pridonosi zajedni\u010dkom cilju u video igri. Sherry i Kristen Lucas<a name=\"_ftnref103\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn103\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>103<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a> su kroz svoja istra\u017eivanja otkrili \u0161est glavnih motiva zbog kojih ljudi igraju videoigre. Prvi je <em>natjecanje<\/em>, s ciljem da igra\u010d bude najbolji u igri. Zatim slijedi <em>izazov<\/em>, koji motivira igra\u010da da do\u0111e na sljede\u0107u razinu ili pobijedi u igri. Veliku ulogu igra <em>dru\u0161tvena interakcija<\/em>, sa svrhom igranja s prijateljima i prikupljanja dru\u0161tvenog statusa. Nikako ne treba zaboraviti na <em>razonodu<\/em>, kako bi pro\u0161lo vrijeme ili se ubla\u017eila dosada. Zatim tu je <em>ma\u0161tanje<\/em>, koje poti\u010de igra\u010da da u videoigri radi stvari koje u stvarnom \u017eivotu ne mo\u017ee, te na kraju <em>uzbu\u0111enje<\/em> i <em>napetost<\/em><a name=\"_ftnref104\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn104\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>104<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Me\u0111utim, mo\u017eda najva\u017eniji motiv za igranje je <em>uronjenost<\/em> (engl. <em>immersion<\/em>)<a name=\"_ftnref105\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn105\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>105<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a> koji ima nekoliko zna\u010denja i razina. Prema istra\u017eivanjima, na prvoj razini, igra\u010du se privla\u010di pa\u017enja (engl. <em>engagement<\/em>), na drugoj razini je zaokupljen igrom (engl. <em>engrossment<\/em>), a na tre\u0107oj je potpuno uronjen u virtualni svijet (engl. <em>total immersion<\/em>)<a name=\"_ftnref106\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn106\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>106<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Ovo je posebno va\u017eno kada se govori o djeci jer ona \u017eive u ma\u0161ti i uronjena su u svijet ma\u0161te iz dana u dan. Video igre im slu\u017ee kao sredstvo da mogu u fizi\u010dkom svijetu do\u017eivjeti ono o \u010demu ma\u0161taju. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>Video igre u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu djece<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Istra\u017eivanje percepcije djece o utjecaju videoigara<a name=\"_ftnref107\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn107\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>107<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a> koje je provedeno me\u0111u 630 djece u dobi od 10 do 15 godina na podru\u010dju Grada Zagreba i Zagreba\u010dke \u017eupanije, pokazalo je da najve\u0107i broj djece igra <strong>svakodnevno <\/strong>(39,4 %), ne\u0161to manji broj igra 2 do 3 puta u tjednu (31,2 %), a samo vikendom najmanji broj (29,4 %)<a name=\"_ftnref108\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn108\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>108<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Kao \u0161to je i za o\u010dekivati, video igre naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e igraju kod ku\u0107e. Polovina ispitanika video igre igra <strong>manje od jedan sat dnevno<\/strong>, iako se pokazalo da postoji i rizi\u010dna skupina djece (4,5 %) koji provode vi\u0161e od tri sata dnevno igraju\u0107i video igre. Kada se pak govori o svjetskoj statistici 66% djece u dobi od 8 do 12 godina igra u prosjeku video igre dva sata dnevno. U dobi od 13 do 17 godina to se pove\u0107ava na dva i pol sata dnevno<a name=\"_ftnref109\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn109\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>109<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Ono \u0161to je problemati\u010dno je da veliki broj djece ne tra\u017ei dopu\u0161tenje roditelja za igranje. Kroz rad s roditeljima sam uvidjela jo\u0161 nekoliko velikih problema, a to je da rijetko provjeravaju \u0161to dijete igra, da vremenski ne ograni\u010davaju igranje i da ne nadziru djecu tijekom igranja video igara. Razlog tome le\u017ei u njihovom neznanju kako adekvatno ograni\u010diti igranje video igara i pri tome izbje\u0107i sukobe i sva\u0111e s djecom. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Naime, video igre su djeci postale iznimno va\u017ene i zbog njih \u0107e vrlo \u010desto prekr\u0161iti pravila, izbjegavati du\u017enosti i oglu\u0161iti se na zabrane. One im slu\u017ee kao bijeg od svakodnevnih problema s kojima se susre\u0107u u \u0161koli u obitelji ili me\u0111u vr\u0161njacima. One su im odmor od brojnih obaveza i sredstvo za opu\u0161tanje. Djeci pru\u017eaju priliku da dobiju ono \u0161to im nedostaje u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu. Prema dr. Edwardu Deciju i Richardu Ryanu djeca svakodnevno streme prema tome da budu \u0161to bolja u onome \u0161to rade, \u017eele napredovati i \u017eele uspjeti u onome \u0161to ih interesira. Tako\u0111er \u017eele slobodu u odlu\u010divanju kada se radi o onome \u0161to im je bitno. Iznimno im ja va\u017ena i povezanost s roditeljima i za tim \u017eude. Me\u0111utim, sve to im je \u010desto uskra\u0107eno ili vrlo ograni\u010deno. Vrlo \u010desto se osje\u0107aju sputano u svojim nastojanjima da istra\u017euju i u\u010de o svijetu u kojem \u017eive. Igra i kreativno izra\u017eavanje im je ograni\u010deno i svedeno na minimum. \u017dive konstantno pod stresom jer moraju slijediti brojna pravila i ispunjavati o\u010dekivanja svojih roditelja i zajednice. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>Negativni utjecaji video igara na djecu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Istra\u017eivanje koje su proveli Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Montrealu i institut Douglas pokazalo je da igranje akcijskih video igara utje\u010de na razvoj mozga. Kod navedenih video igara igra\u010d koristi navigacijsku strategiju &ldquo;u\u010denje odgovora&rdquo; koja se temelji na stvaranju navigacijske &ldquo;navike&rdquo; i na nju se oslanja<a name=\"_ftnref110\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn110\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>110<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Upravo ta strategija je povezana sa smanjenjem sive tvari na podru\u010dju hipokampusa koji je zadu\u017een za orijentaciju i epizodno pam\u0107enje. Ova vrsta pam\u0107enja je autobiografsko pam\u0107enje koje dopu\u0161ta pam\u0107enje konkretnih \u010dinjenica ili osobnih iskustava<a name=\"_ftnref111\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn111\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>111<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Kod djece koja su ovisna o video igrama, koja u\u010destalo i dugotrajno igraju igre mo\u017ee se razviti depresija. Kod njih dolazi do prestimuliranosti dopaminom, te nakon igranja \u010desto mogu biti mrzovoljna, tu\u017ena, lijena i nezainteresirana za stvari i doga\u0111aje oko sebe jer im to ne pru\u017ea istu razinu stimulacije i osje\u0107aj sre\u0107e. Mo\u017ee do\u0107i i do poreme\u0107aja pa\u017enje, impulzivnosti, nedostatka samokontrole i kognitivne kontrole. Zbog velike koli\u010dine podra\u017eaja, mozak biva prestimuliran i naprosto ne uspijeva odrediti koji su podra\u017eaji va\u017eni za razumijevanje situacija a koje mo\u017ee ignorirati. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">U video igrama je veliki problem nasilje kojem su djeca izlo\u017eena. Nakon \u0161to je tijelo do\u017eivjelo ugodu ili uzbu\u0111enje, mozak i tijelo opona\u0161aju one radnje koje \u0107e ponovo pridonijeti istom osje\u0107aju. To je jedan od razloga za\u0161to djeca nakon igranja igrica postaju nasilna ili hiperaktivna. Problem predstavlja i sterilizacija nasilja s minimalnim posljedicama ili se opravdava kao sredstvo da glavni junak do\u0111e do cilja. Virtualni likovi postaju idoli koji se opona\u0161aju bez obzira koliko njihovi postupci bili lo\u0161i ili opasni. Prema dje\u010djem na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja, oni su junaci koji uvijek \u010dine ono \u0161to je ispravno i dobro. Djeca po\u010dinju usvajati nasilno pona\u0161anje kao normalno. To s vremenom dovodi do gubitka sposobnosti razlikovanja dobrog od lo\u0161eg<a name=\"_ftnref112\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn112\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>112<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Sve ve\u0107i broj djece iskazuje smanjenu empatiju i brigu prema drugima. Treba ipak naglasiti da nasilne igre ne\u0107e svu djecu pretvoriti u potencijalne ubojice niti \u0107e sva djeca zbog igara postati nasilnija, no vjerojatno \u0107e potaknuti agresivnost kod onih koji ve\u0107 imaju predispozicije za takvo pona\u0161anje. Pritom su ranjivija ona djeca koja su manje uspje\u0161na u stvarnom \u017eivotu i koja imaju ni\u017ee samopo\u0161tovanje. Ona se u virtualnom svijetu osje\u0107aju mo\u0107nije i uspje\u0161nije te ga zapravo \u017eele projicirati na stvarnost. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">No, to nije jedini problem. Veliki broj djece iskazuje probleme u socijalizaciji i komunikaciji. Zbog igranja video igara \u010desto gube prilike za razvoj socijalnih i komunikacijskih vje\u0161tina kroz dru\u017eenja i igru s drugom djecom u fizi\u010dkom svijetu. Zbog premalo kretanja djeca sve vi\u0161e imaju zdravstvenih problema poput pretilosti i dijabetesa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 100%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/inmediasres\/images\/casopisi\/brcic_image008.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"655\" height=\"437\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><em>Negativni utjecaj video igara<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 70%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>Pozitivni utjecaji video igara na djecu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Video igre pru\u017eaju uvid u novi oblik socijalizacije, virtualnu socijalizaciju. Igre zahtijevaju racionalizaciju, sposobnost snala\u017eenja i osiguravanje sredstava za pre\u017eivljavanje. Igra\u010di me\u0111usobno sura\u0111uju kako bi osmislili vlastite likove, stvorili vlastite ciljeve igre, te izgradili digitalne svjetove koji su za neke igra\u010de ugodniji od \u017eivljenja u stvarnom svijetu<a name=\"_ftnref113\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn113\"><sup>[<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><strong>113<\/strong><\/span>]<\/sup><\/a>. Virtualni svijet im pru\u017ea priliku za dru\u017eenje i razmjenu iskustva. Igra\u010di si me\u0111usobno poma\u017eu i zajedno rje\u0161avaju probleme, a pri tome osobne karakteristike, nacionalna pripadnost, dru\u0161tveni status i sl. nemaju nikakav utjecaj. Istra\u017eivanje Elizabeth Behm &#8211; Moravitz je pokazalo da sve navedeno pridonosi pove\u0107anju empatije prema drugima, dijeljenja i pomaganja drugima i u stvarnom svijetu. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Djeca se u\u010de i procjenjivati rizik, odnosno kako \u0107e njihovi postupci ili postupci drugih igra\u010da utjecati na tijek doga\u0111anja i suigra\u010de. Djeca se u\u010de kako raditi u timu, te kako voditi tim da bi se dostigao \u017eeljeni cilj. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Video igre koje su sadr\u017eajem primjerene djetetovoj dobi mogu pridonijeti razvoju njegovih vje\u0161tina i pomo\u0107i mu u usvajanju novih znanja; one djeci pru\u017eaju i vid zabave kroz koji mogu slobodno u\u010diti i svladavati nove vje\u0161tine. Djeca nisu sputana uputama trenera i u\u010ditelja ili \u017eeljama roditelja, te imaju priliku u\u010diti o stvarima koje im ina\u010de nisu dostupne (o svemiru, o Zemlji, o raznim narodima i kulturama&#8230;). U\u010denje kroz igru djeci je priro\u0111eno i to je na\u010din kako u\u010de i u stvarnom svijetu. Zbog toga video igre mogu imati veliki doprinos u u\u010denju i usvajanju \u0161kolskog gradiva. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da video igre pridonose razvoju logi\u010dkog mi\u0161ljenja, sposobnosti rje\u0161avanja problema, te pobolj\u0161avaju kriti\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje. Kod djece se razvija i bolja koordinacija oko &#8211; ruka, te preciznost. Video igre uvelike mogu pomo\u0107i u pobolj\u0161anju \u010ditanja i u\u010denju jezika, te ra\u010dunanja. Kod obavljanja zadataka i misija u video igri djeca se moraju dobro koncentrirati i vrlo dobro pamtiti \u0161to im je zadano i \u0161to se od njih zahtijeva. Tako\u0111er se razvija mapiranje i vizualna percepcija. Djeca moraju \u010desto pratiti mape, moraju se nau\u010diti snalaziti u raznim okolinama i prostorima, te moraju obra\u0107ati pa\u017enju na detalje. Svi ti izazovi i kori\u0161tenje sposobnosti da bi se rije\u0161ili problemi ili savladale prepreke kod djeteta utje\u010de na pove\u0107anje samopouzdanja. Kada ono uspije svladati odre\u0111enu prepreku javlja se osje\u0107aj postignu\u0107a, a to pak pridonosi ja\u010danju vjere u sebe. Dijete taj osje\u0107aj onda preusmjerava i na druge sfere svog \u017eivota. Ono razmi\u0161lja:&rdquo;Ako sam mogao to u\u010diniti, onda mogu i ovo.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Ono \u0161to nikako ne treba zaboraviti je da se dijete u\u010di nositi i sa stresom. Naime, dok igra, suo\u010dava se s problemima koje ne mo\u017ee odmah rije\u0161iti, biva vra\u0107eno unazad u igri, mora u kratkom vremenu na\u0107i rje\u0161enja i sl. Sve to mu poma\u017ee da nau\u010di kontrolirati svoje reakcije i kako umanjiti utjecaj stresa na njegove odluke i postupke. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 100%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/inmediasres\/images\/casopisi\/brcic_image010.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><em>Pozitivan utjecaj video igara<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 70%;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\"><strong>Poticanje pozitivnih u\u010dinaka video igara i eliminiranje negativnih<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Da bi se potaknuli pozitivni u\u010dinci video igara i eliminirali negativni potrebno je prije svega da roditelji budu upoznati sa sadr\u017eajem video igara i da imaju nadzor nad djetetom. Ipak djeca igraju video igre najvi\u0161e kod ku\u0107e. Ono \u0161to je klju\u010dno je da se roditelji pridr\u017eavaju ovih savjeta:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Odabrati video igre u skladu s dobi djeteta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Vremenski ograni\u010diti gledanje. Smanjenje vremena provedenog pred ekranom, dovodi i do smanjenja nasilnog pona\u0161anja. Mnogi stru\u010dnjaci smatraju da je jedan sat dnevno vremenski okvir za igranje video igara. Me\u0111utim, prema mom iskustvu, rekla bih da je to previ\u0161e jer ve\u0107 i za to vrijeme djeca postanu previ\u0161e uronjena u video igru i te\u017ee im se isklju\u010diti. Moja preporuka bi bila oko 45 minuta, s tim da bih preporu\u010dila dane bez video igara.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Tako\u0111er bi bilo dobro da roditelji prvo pogledaju najavu za video igru, provjere sadr\u017eaj i pro\u010ditaju recenzije. Tako se mogu najbolje uvjeriti je li video igra primjerena za dijete.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 170%;\">Ako do\u0111e do nasilja trebaju s djetetom razgovarati o tome \u0161to je uzrokovalo takvo pona\u0161anje, te dati do znanja da se problemi ne rje\u0161avaju na taj na\u010din.
